Order processing time
After receiving your order, we will complete the inspection, packaging, and other processing work before the goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days. In case of statutory holidays or major promotional events, the order processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days. We will issue a notice on the homepage of the mall in advance, please pay attention.
II. Delivery Time and Coverage
Delivery time: We promise to provide you with standard delivery service within 5-7 working days after the order is processed (excluding order processing time and customs clearance time). If your address is in a remote area, the delivery time may be extended by 2-3 working days.
Coverage: Currently, our delivery service covers most areas in the continental United States. We do not support deliveries to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or overseas territories.
III. Transportation mode and freight description
Transportation mode: We collaborate with professional international logistics service providers to offer you stable and reliable furniture transportation services, ensuring the safe delivery of your goods. For large furniture items such as sofas and mattresses, we will utilize logistics teams with qualifications for handling large items for delivery.
Freight calculation:
If the order amount exceeds $299 (excluding tax), customers within the United States (excluding remote areas) can enjoy free shipping services;
If the order amount is less than $299, a shipping fee ranging from $49 to $199 will be charged based on the weight, volume, and delivery address of the goods. The specific amount will be automatically displayed on the checkout page;
An additional remote area delivery fee of $50-$100 will be charged for remote areas, and the fee details will be indicated on the checkout page.
IV. Explanation of Tariffs and Taxes
According to relevant regulations of the U.S. Customs, you may be responsible for the tariffs, value-added taxes, and other taxes incurred during the import of goods. These expenses are borne by you, and we will provide an estimate before you place your order and indicate it on the checkout page. The actual expenses are subject to the invoice issued by the customs. If you choose the “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” service, the relevant taxes will be included in the order amount, and you do not need to pay extra.
V. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will immediately send a shipping notification containing the logistics tracking number via the email address you provided. You can check the real-time logistics status through the “My Orders” page on the mall or by copying the tracking number to the official website of the corresponding logistics service provider.
VI. Handling of abnormal delivery
Delayed delivery: If delivery is delayed due to logistics service providers, customs clearance, or force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments, etc.), we will contact you immediately and inform you of the latest progress.
Product damage or loss: Please carefully inspect the packaging and the condition of the product when you receive it. If you find any damage or loss, you should refuse to accept it on the spot and take photos as evidence. At the same time, please contact our customer service team (email: uskmavy@sina.com). We will assist you in claiming compensation or arranging a replacement. If you have already signed for the product and subsequently discover any damage, we will not be able to provide you with compensation services.
VII. Large furniture delivery service
For large furniture items such as sofas, bed frames, and dining tables, we offer the following special services:
Home delivery: The logistics team will deliver the goods to the entrance of the delivery address you specified;
Unpacking and assembly: If you require, you can opt for the unpacking and assembly service when placing your order. We will arrange for professional personnel to visit your home and complete the assembly of the product for you. An additional fee of $99-$199 will be charged for this service;
Packaging cleanup: After unpacking and assembly, our staff will take away the packaging materials and dispose of them, leaving you with no worries.
