When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

We accept PayPal as our primary payment method. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

3.1 Shipping Times

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, excluding customs clearance delays and remote area surcharges. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. Remote areas may incur additional shipping fees, which will be displayed during checkout.

3.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at uskmavy@sina.com.

4.2 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts located in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China, for exclusive jurisdiction.
