USKMAVY Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at USKMAVY! We strive to provide high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following return and refund policy.
- Return Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe
Standard items: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Seasonal items: Returns for seasonal furniture must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
VIP members: Enjoy an extended return period of 45 days for all purchases.
1.2 Product Condition
To be eligible for return, products must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
All original packaging, including boxes, labels, and accessories, must be intact.
For assembled furniture, it must be disassembled back to its original packaging state (we recommend keeping the assembly manual for reference).
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made or personalized furniture.
Furniture that has been damaged due to improper use, accidents, or natural disasters.
Items without a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Return Process
2.1 Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at uskmavy@sina.com within the eligible return timeframe. Please provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions within 2 business days.
2.2 Package and Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box and sufficient padding to protect the furniture during transit.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Arrange for shipping using a trackable courier service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
2.3 Return Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our warehouse team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process may take 3-5 business days.
- Refund and Exchange Options
3.1 Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (PayPal). The refund amount will include the item price and any applicable taxes, excluding the original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our mistake).
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
3.2 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
We will waive the shipping fees for the new order if the exchange is due to a product defect or our error. For other exchange reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fees of the new item.
3.3 Store Credit
Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the full amount of the returned item. Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval of your return and can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Defective or Damaged Items
4.1 Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos of the defect/damage, along with your order number and product details.
4.2 Resolution Options
Replacement: We will send a replacement item to you at no additional cost, including shipping fees.
Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fees.
Repair: For minor defects, we may offer a repair service. Our team will coordinate with a local professional to repair the furniture, and all repair costs will be covered by us.
- International Returns
For customers outside the United States, please note the following:
We currently only accept returns from customers in the contiguous United States. Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations are not eligible due to high shipping costs and logistical challenges.
If you are an international customer and receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable solution, such as a partial refund or a replacement part.
- Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” on our website are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please carefully review the product description before purchasing.
